Fast track your certification in NCII Pastry and Bread Production with our specially designed 2-Month Intensive Course and make your pastry and baking dreams a reality.
Classes are held 4 days in a week (Monday to Thursday). You'll get hands on training daily paired with a one-hour lecture before each session.
From basic cakes and cookies to artisan breads, laminated doughs, and sophisticated plated hot and cold desserts, you'll master a wide range of pastry and bakery skills.
Whether you're a beginner or looking to pursue a pastry career or business, this course covers it all - including cake decorating, chocolate-making, and pastry techniques with industry standard HACCP training.
